Returns Policy

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. After that window we're unfortunately unable to accept them.

Items should come back unworn and undamaged, with any packaging they arrived in. For hygiene reasons we can't accept earrings that show signs of wear, unless the item is faulty.

Email support@shopwearveloura.com with your order number and a short note about what's wrong. We'll reply with the return address and instructions within one working day.

Once your return arrives and has been checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional working days to show it.

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us straight away with a photo and we'll put it right at no cost to you.
