Delivery options
Free DHL delivery — £0. Arrives in 3–8 working days.
DHL Express — £5. Arrives in 2–5 working days.
Processing
Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been processed and handed to DHL. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Where we deliver
We deliver across the United Kingdom. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delays
Carrier delays occasionally happen. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the stated window, email support@shopwearveloura.com with your order number and we'll chase it with DHL.
